I watched Big Jim clean my carpets with enthusiasm and determination. I had a RED stain that had been there through 2 other carpet cleaners. He worked and cleaned on that RED stain until it was no longer there. He guaranteed me that it would be gone and stood by his word. I would recommend Big Jim’s Carpet Cleaning to anyone whom is interested in clean carpets. My next carpet cleaning will be performed by Big Jim.
