Been on a so called wait-list for 3 years now. I don't think I was even put on a wait list to tell you the truth. The 2 times I turned in an application I was totally dismissed, my application may have well been put in the trash. I went to this place because I can afford it. I really felt like I wasn't the right color. Red not brown.

Maria is rude, unprofessional and even further she is a thief. She was a realtor who brought me renter based on 50% of first month commission, she held deposit of $1000 and after the deal went through she refused to send me my portion of deposit which is $500. It has been 4 months. She doesn't answer email, phone calls, texts. In my understanding this is scum bag behavior, and all people dealing with this lady and her Millard realty group should be warned. Stay away, chose realtor with integrity and dignity.
