Avoid doing business. Despite providing 3 years of excellent proof of income, rental history and references, they denied 3 people a place to live.nVery cold and robotic. Didn't provide the opportunity to appeal or correct any issues. Vanessa was rude and cold blooded.

I applied for a very affordable house with two other roommates, we all make plenty of money and have great credit and were denied without ever meeting or speaking with the lady in charge of our applications. The woman we were able to get ahold of after many attempts to contact them told me that she was the wrong person to talk to and didn’t really know the details. After more waiting we were able to get ahold of the same lady who said it wasn’t her department and when we asked why we got denied she cut me off and said the decision is final and hung up on me.

From the first moment I spoke with Megan, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I live in Wyoming and my property was in Carson City, NV. She understood immediately what I was facing, and helped me every step of the way. The team of people she recommended to clean the house and make repairs was professional. Once we had it on the market, the townhouse sold!!! I cannot adequately express my gratitude for Megan and everything she did to make our long distance relationship much easier. I have worked with many Realtors over the course of the time and I will say without question that she is the best, not only as a professional but as a kind and caring person. I was so lucky to have worked with her.

I actually wouldn’t rate them a single star. I applied for one of their rentals and they never gave me a response. I had to email them multiple times and leave several voicemails before they called me back to say they would contact me with an answer. They never contacted me with an answer. So I basically paid them $30 to never get an answer on whether or not I got the place. Do not rent from these people.
