Have not been this disappointed with a Chipotle restaurant in a long time. The guy behind the counter ignored me when I first walked in until his manager who was running the grill acknowledged me. He then waited a while and then decided he should probably work. Skimped on everything I asked for but the rice. I got a half a scoop of avocado and less than that of sour cream. When the guy rolled the burrito it split open and he pretended not to notice but took the time to put it in a different tin because he made a mess of the other one. I sat down to eat and the whole thing fell apart! Had to ask for a bowl and fork to eat my burrito. No apology. No thought there was any issue from anyone behind the counter. Steer clear of this place if you like good service.

Great service. No wait. I was able to eat inside. They did a lot of phone orders with pick up inside. It looked very convenient because they had your order ready and on a metal rolling shelf organized alphabetically. Looked like they paid online so it became an easy in-and-out for those people.

Cannot recommend this place anymore. Employees aren't fast enough, not making food correctly. Took 30 minutes with 3 people ahead of me just to be able to pay and the cashier was talking to other friends and ignoring customers. This place has gone downhill steadily in the last 2 years

My server was SO nice! A+++ I wish I could remember his name! My meal was also delicious. I have gone before that it was so-so, but hopefully this means they are getting better.

Completely disappointed with the consistency in this location’s food. One time you get a super small burrito, and the next time you get some thing that was three times the size, due to this they lost my business.
