Depending on how well my jacket comes out that I dropped off Yesterday. Depends on the rating of the Stars they receive. It's a Nice Jacket not cheap either and was a gift. The Laundromat next door has been there forever I remember it when I was a kid. In fact it helped keep my hands warm when I was a child. During bad moments in my life.

The woman at the counter her name is Monica...she was inconsiderate and rude...I am a single mom of 4 children..my apartment laundromat has early closing hours and so I always do laundry at this locations laundromat...my youngest children are 2 and 3..well as all 2 year olds are my son threw a tantrum..I had 6 loads to fold with a tired cranky 2 year old..she basically wanted me to do something about him crying or leave..uhmmm..the only thing a mom can do at that moment is keep folding clothes to get out of there..he wasnt running around or touching their things/machines/climbing or hassling customers..he was at my feet crying inconsolably..I was hurrying as fast as I could and Monica rolled her eyes and walked off..someone needs to retrain her on customer service..yes there were maybe 2 or 3 other customers..but my child was no where near them..I wasnt stalling..I was working hard to get out of there as fast as possible..I didnt need the added stress of disturbing her work day

Took a shirt in to have two uniform patches sewn on. I asked the person behind the counter how much it would cost and was quoted $11.95. When I picked them up a week later, my bill was $21.90! I tried to plead my case with a different counter person to no avail. Ridiculous!

They do a really bad job and are to expensive. Use someone else's place.
