Want to thank Sam,Dennis, Robert, Sean and Joann for being great bartenders. I will miss the time I spent there. As you know, I was banned from the property after being a loyal 5 times a week guest going on 4 years, for what I have no idea.When I asked for a reason, was told nothing. Best of luck to you guys and gals

I gave saddle West 4 stars because if you are a member of Front Sight Firearms Training Institute you get a discount on the room and a free breakfast buffet. For $10.00 you can purchase a lunch to take with you to Front Sight courses. If not for those features I would have given it 3 stars. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

An extra 10 a night for a 3rd person, that's fine, but i requested an extra pillow and towel and they don't provide those. So why the extra 10 dollars? I asked for a room with a fridge and was told that's a premium room for 10 dollars more a night. I've stayed here for years the last 8 years and this is the worst I have ever had. There usually really good but this visit has about left to be desired.

I liked this place! Surprised me, totally.nThe room was comfortable although dated in style, but I slept well. The disinfectant spray was overpowering, but it disapated quickly ( & inferred cleanliness). The casino was terribly smoky, but the employees were super nice. The restaurant had a limited menu, but it was all tasty.nnAs I said: I liked it.

ZERO stars. Apparently, if you book through a third party you are completely ineligible for a refund. Their manager is impossible to get a hold of, and their refund policies are complete garbage. I drove from Salt Lake City, got stuck behind a large car accident and was unable to make my reservation in time. I called, and asked if they were able to leave my door key outside for me, due to a late arrival. They said no, they needed to have proof of ID. I thought of more options, and called within another ten minutes to see if I would be able to email them a copy of my ID- no answer. Their office was still open, and I called around 15 times, only to come to the answering machine every.single.time. Really awesome customer service.nnA month later, after not having heard from the manger, I have been told that because I booked through a third party of booking.com, I am unable to receive a refund. They are completely unprofessional and inconsistent with their answers. It shouldn't have takenn over a month to get told I would not be able to receive a refund. Mary (the staff who finally gave me an answer) wasn't useless and inconsiderate.
