Nicole Wilcox is absolutely amazing!! She has an astonishing ability to balance taking care of my tenants (six units) and preserving/increasing my investment. My tenants have told me personally how amazing she is. Work orders for repairs or urgent habitability issues are resolved quickly. I have had property managers for the last ten years in multiple states and by far, she is the BEST! She truly cares about my tenants and investment.
