Friendly staff. Pointed out to me how to check coolant quality and when to get it replaced. Changed oil in a very timely matter and cleaned my windows. Positive experience here.
Came in on March 22nd 2021. The tech we nice and friendly but lied once again. My vehicle uses either full synthetic or a synthetic blend of oil. The tech signing the vehicle in refused to give me synthetic blend oil first, I asked them not to vacuum put the vehicle since it's a work truck and they listened, but I didn't realize that that meant don't tighten the drain plug all the way, or add water to the battery fluid like they said they did, or wash the exterior windows. For a $100 service I'd rather go to the dealership.
I had paid thru Groupon for an oil change with synthetic oil, at checkout it was discovered that they had put regular oil in. They did drain it out and put the correct oil in. But that should have been verified prior to the service I would think. They are always very nice there and they are pretty fast.
Awesome experience. I would use this guys fir all my oil change needs.
Great as always. Be sure to get the coupons on their web site. The only place I go for regular maintenance on my jeep!!
