Jiffy Lube

All the staff were extremely professional and helpful. I found all of them very knowledgeable and had desire to perform their duties to the best of their ability while I was there. I didn't inquire about jiffy lubes training and if they had education for them. The staff explained that jiffy lube has a online university where they do go through training. I am pleased to see that jiffy lube is an investing in the knowledge of their staff. Hands down very good experience I would recommend this location to anyone.

I was able to have service provided in a timely manner. I was kept apprised of what my car needed and the cost.nThe staff were all very courteous and professional. I will go there again.

They performed a full oil change service. In addition to oil & filter change, they checked and topped off all the fluids in vehicle. Brought up the tires to proper air levels, checked battery operations and some additional checks, they even cleaned my Windows. All of that and I was finished in about a half hour. RECOMMENDED.

Had to wait 30+ minutes due to other cars in line. They don't make appointments. Employees were very professional, thorough and friendly. Only negative was they wanted to charge $130 for an engine aircleaner that is $35 at an auto parts store.

The people were friendly and professional. They gave me suggestions without any pressure. The oil change was quick and with the COVID protocol I just sat in the truck while everything was taken care of. I'll definitely be returning when it's time for the next service.
