I am very satisfied with United Finance. I have been with them for over 2 years and Jessica and Ivon are the best!! They always answer all my questions and make sure I’m on top of my payments which is helpful. Thanks for all you do! Would recommend to everyone.

I have been going to United Finance for the past 7 years. I have nothing but the Best Compliments to say about everyone in the Carson City Office. They have all been very helpful. I have borrowed from Personal Loans to automobile loans. I am currently in the process of paying off an auto loan. Every Time I have come into the Office I am always professionally greeted, and waited on in a very timely manner. Shane, Ivone, Jessica, & a nice young lady who sits at the front desk as you walk into the office. I think her name is Cassie... But I am not sure, is always very friendly and polite. & with a very nice smile... I will continue to do business with them so long as I have a need to.... If you need financial assistance I would Very strongly recommend The Carson City, branch. Ask for Shane; tell him that Jesus H. recommended him. You won't regret it!!! I would definitely give them Five Full Stars!!!

Shane is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. He is always willing to work with me and has always exceeded expectations, Jessica is an extremely hard worker and I always feel welcomed when I go in. They are always polite with me in person and over the phone and they deserve a 5 star rating. I will definately finance my next vehicle through them

Shane and his staff at Carson City United Finance are very professional and friendly. We took out a car loan and were impressed with the benefits that come with the loan that completely says - United Finance cares about people. Excellent customer service and grateful for the multiple loans I've had with this company.

This is a great place for a loan or to finance a car loan. Shane was a pleasure to work with and all of the staff were super friendly and professional! I will recommend this company and particularly this branch to everyone!
