Solid spot with nice facilities -- I like the private spa rooms. Reasonable prices. Outdoor pool. Restaurant and brew pub next door -- just steps away. Good people upfront. Been coming here for about 20 years and it's better than ever.

NO OUTDOOR HOT TUBS.nThey advertise on their website that they have outdoor hot tubs but they in fact do not. They say they have been remodeling & removed them to replace with something else, but the website does not mention that. We drove almost 3 hours all the way to these “hot springs” just to find out we have to pay a hundred bucks for a tiny private room for some hot springs. They refused to make a compromise and allow us to use the indoor hot tubs for the same price as general admission they did not have a disclaimer of their closures. So essentially what you’re paying $15 for is a cold pool. Might as well go someplace cheaper and not get ripped off. At least post a disclaimer on the website...
