They messed up on my two night stay I booked with hotels.com. But upgraded my room to a king sweet for two nights. It was just my dog and I. It felt like we had our own apartment:)nIt was really nice of them.. most places would just make up an excuse and your lucky to get a sorry.
This place is worth every penny paid! It's a little far from Tahoe lake - but offers a clean, quiet and spacious place to stay. The staff is friendly, plenty of parking space, very reasonable priced. The rooms are equipped with all necessary gadgets for a comfortable stay.
Very nice hotel. Close to universal and we enjoyed the trolley service. However, we called repeatedly for towels and kept being assured they were to be in our room in ten minutes. They never arrived.
This is a pretty old hotel and the air conditioning does not work. I should have taken the hint when I saw other rooms with their hall door propped open. After tossing and turning for about 3 hours I ended up having to wet the sheet in the shower to cool myself down.nnThe bed was older than me and the pillowcase was just decorative sandpaper. There were also ants in the shower.nnThey do have free breakfast but I would recommend finding somewhere else to lay your head.
Staff was very rude and their was no shower curtain! I don't think they realize that this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
