Booked appointment with hair stylist Lexi. She does perms, coloring, men & female haircuts, styling. explains what products are good for the hair.nPlace was clean, social distancing and Mask wearing, disinfect area after each client. Bathroom was clean and no orders.nCoupons on JCPENNEY Salon website for in-store. Saving money, Great Customer Service.

Product line is excellent. Seems short on stylists and place needs a serious update. Seems more like a studio for the 50+ crowd.

Cricket gave me a wash cut and dry. I also got bangs for the first time in a while. It came out great!!! She did have me a little nervous because she sounded like she was second guessing herself when framing my hair but the extra detail attention was well worth my small worry lol. Thank you cricket!! I’ll be back!

Cassandra is alright, good with brows. Cricket messed up my brows by over waxing them, Julie is a mess though she tries. I was charged $30 for a scissor cut taking off two inches, no feathering or the a line that I asked for. I have been to this salon muiltiple times and each time is has gotten worse. Very unprofessional no one really seems to know what they are doing, it’s like they’re guessing the whole time and the result usually looks like they were.

Poor work ethic! Showed up on Friday June 29th at 6:49, waited 10 minutes in the lobby with no one to be found. When someone finally decided to show up, I asked if she had time for a walk in, she just shook her head. I asked if she was closing soon, she said no I have an appointment. Note I was the only customer present.nnI asked what her schedule was for the rest of the evening, she said I dont do clipper cuts in a rude tone. I was perplexed, considering I had gotten many similar hair cuts at this location and they dont close for another 2 hours at 9:00pm.nnI am quite disappointed in the quality of service and lack of professionalism. Seems like JCP Salon does not care to hire decent, or qualified employees that possess enough skill to cut a mans hair. I question this Salons ability for every level of hair service. Corporate should review this employee's performance.nnThis employee should have considered if the appointment would be late or not. At the least, this stylist could have suggested for me to wait and see if could accommodate a loyal customer.
