Went in to get a root canal done. And the service was great. From the very moment I went the front desk staff (Laura) to Dr. Lingard’s assistant was great to me. They explained the whole procedure, everything went well after my root canal and had no pain the day after.
Carson City Endodontics deserves 5 stars for their efficient and competent business. Every employee i had the pleasure of interacting with was on it from the front desk manager to the assistants and diagnostics testing crew. My questions were answered, my concerns were addressed.nThis business is a great model for how medical offices should run. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.
Laura yesterday went above and beyond, everyone there was great, but after 3D Xrays, root canal wouldn't work, severe pain and late in the day 3pm, Laura made a call, got me to a place that could pull bad tooth, got me in,, they all stayed late as they close at 4pm, was awesome to deal with all the folks there, and was done and gone at 5pm. Laura made it all happen, cant thank her enough, no more pain today. Thanks so much for making this happen, your the best Laura. Thanks again Brian
Amazing office! I went there for a redo of my root canal and the first time I got it done with my original dentist and it hurt I felt everything now with Dr.lingard I didn’t feel anything! I trust them completely! They didn’t rush at all nor took long they made sure the job was done perfect. Front desk was amazing too!
They’re very nice and Silvia made me feel very comfortable. The Doctor and his staff are amazing. I hope I don’t have to come back. But if I do this would be the place I would want to come back to.
