Very professional, warm, and friendly. Dr Tack did a procedure above my lip that was precancerous. It required stitches and I was very nervous. His calm, funny, but professional personality, put me at ease. He did a fantastic job on minimal scaring. He made what could have been a bad experience into a tolerable and even enjoyable experience. My husband and I go there for all of our skin needs and feel we’re in great hands! Highly recommend.
All of the staff made me feel valued. I don't remember the last time I received such excellent customer service! They listened and answered all of my questions. They were timely, friendly, and courteous!
Dr Gratrix is always so pleasant and professional. More importantly he is thorough without being overly aggressive, as some other dermatologists can tend to be. Office staff and medical assistant were pleasant, professional, and efficient. Whole appointment took less than half an hour. I drive all the way from Bishop, over three hours, to come to this clinic. It is worth the drive to get better treatment than I can get closer to home.
I've been a patient of the clinic (and what may have been their predecessor business) for more than 20 years. Pleasant, upbeat and professional staff members and physicians. The office is well located. No billing issues - ever. All good!
If I hadn't found Carson Dermatology I would be in very bad shape. I have been grateful for their expertise, friendliness, saying it like it is and so far making it better....We recommend this group as often as we can. We travel 2.5 to 3 hours each way and it is well worth it for the peace of mind we receive. Thank you.
