I originally called United Realty to ask a couple of questions about land. Melanie Blanchard received my call and provided as many options for me as possible. My husband and I decided to buy instead of build and I remembered how prompt Melanie was when I initially talked to her so she was who we decided to help us with the buying process. She made it easy to do business with and provided clear and concise explanations on anything we asked. She made our experience as first time buyers smooth and memorable. Melanie’s eagerness to help, flexibility, and promptness were just a few of the traits that she showcased throughout our process.

Mario Anchondo helped me with my home purchase. He was extremely courteous and helpful, routinely dealing with obstacles and challenges in the later hours of the day. After only a couple houses he had a solid understanding of my particular likes and dislikes. He was able to pivot expertly and adjust his showing to reflect. The last three houses I saw before making my purchase were all on the mark for my needs and wants. He clearly is excellent at reading a customers needs and adapting to suit. I would highly recommend Mario for any of you realty needs. He even went out of pocket to correct a challenge with closing imposed by the seller and would have not said anything until I found out.

With this being our first time buying a home it was overwhelming but, The Palacios made it very comfortable! They were very considerate & went above & beyond to find us the perfect home.
