The space was too small. The bathroom had no soap for hand washing.

I camped in a tent down by the creek and needed electricity for my CPAP. Thought it was just a tad overpriced, but other than that great place to camp. Got up early in the morning thought the bears were in the dumpster! Headed to the showers and men's restroom, turned out they were raccoons NOT Bears! I would stay there again.

Peaceful. We were looking for a quiet and shady get-away for the summer and we found Xanadu in Cimarron, New Mexico. Every restaurant in town serves great food and the people (while 6 feet away) are friendly. Ponil Campground has very reasonable rates, lots of shade, and the owners are very knowledgeable about the area. Most places are still on modified opening days but well worth the wait. The big tourist places are only an hour away (Taos, Angel Fire, & Red River). You won't find a Walmart here but lots of great art stores & an antiquer's paradise.
