These guys are great. Showed up on time, did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Came back and gave us a cover for the air conditioner, no charge! Awesome company, awesome employees. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs
I live in Florida and my mom is in Colorado. Her AC died on a Friday and she called Ruppel's. They told her the earliest they could be there was Monday. I gave them a call Saturday and asked if they could just stop by since the temps were upper 90's and she's in her 80's. I got great news last night that Bob stopped by and got her AC going again. Thanks Bob and thanks Ruppel's.
We've used Ruppel's several times for both plumbing and HVAC work. They are awesome, prompt, and very enjoyable to work with. We have complete trust in them and the services they provide.
They helped a rural neighbor fix a water leak, I am glad to know they are here if I need them.
One of the few companies who answered their phone which was great! However when they came out they just checked our septic tank and said it was full and left. We hired a company to come out and pump it, going 6 days with no running water, they showed us where the block in the line was and let us know our septic tank wasn't close to full. Then we got a bill in the mail about a week later from Ruppel's for them coming out, to do nothing and give us incorrect info. We were not happy to say the least.
