If i could give them ZERO stars, I would. Called 4 days ago and made an appointment for Friday morning. Called on Friday morning to get a time estimate on when they would be showing up and the lady said “I would have never given you a specific day, it’s gonna have to be next week sometime” Called back not too long after and she said “You should honestly just go with someone else because we probably won’t even show up” !!!!!! WHAT. Excuse me but that is extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
My nextdoor neighbor and a good friend of mine recommended this company. They had good things to say. I called them 3 weeks in a row. Each time we talked, they told me that I was still on the list and they will call me back that very same week. There was also a time that they had told me I should be able to get my tub installed the very next week. It's Been around 2 months and they never once called me.
I would recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and friendlynCalled on the weekend and they were there Monday morning

They get the job done and come right away. They also answer their phone calls and call you back. Which is more than I can say for any other google listed plumber in Sterling. They always have decent prices.
