I contacted Staley after flooding of my basement in May. After a camera scoping of the line and finding a broken sewer line in the yard, we scheduled a line repair for 2 days in late August. During the time between May and August, Staley scheduled the required locate calls and they were performed twice as per state law. Incidentally, we had two unpleasant and unprofessional interactions with Staley while preparing for this major operation. On the day the scheduled repair was to begin, no one had arrived by 10:00am so we contacted Staley. Apparently we were not on their schedule. I had had to take vacation time to be here because of dogs, fencing, and home access. Though I had not received any further communication, I felt certain everything was in order since the locates were up to date and I had not been the one to schedule them. Staley did not assist in any way to rectify the situation which is very disappointing, expensive and inconvenient. Had they found a way to fit me in or at least seem concerned with my many losses of time and income, I might feel a little better. My new contractor is everything they are not!!! Consider other potty people if you have a problem!!!

These guys are awesome !!!!nAli that answers the phones was amazing. My cell phone wasn’t working very well and it was hard for her to hear me she was very patient and very understanding best customer service ever!!!nThe technician Mike and Franny we are also amazing. I asked lots of questions wanted to know exactly what was going on they were very patient answered all my questions never got annoyed with me. They were both very helpful again outstanding customer service.

I've called total of 3 or more times. Kinda new to area.(2 yrs) Have had several major leaks. I have never been answered from the msgs I leave, they do not give estimates lady said we just show up and fix the issue. They (she) aren't the most professional. I WILL not be calling them to waste my time. We will be calling Potts Plumbing. They came and looked at my issue to give me an estimate. Not only that but gave feed back on possible future issues to try and prevent them. Showed up in less than 12 hrs. They earned our business for sure. Thank you Potts.

I called in September after our HVAC stared making a clank noise. It took 3 weeks and a call to get them to show up in mid-October.nnThe gentleman took the panel off the system and minutes minutes later informed me that the blower needed replaced (off-hand claimed it would be around $500) and that it looked like the heat exchanger is cracked. I did not observe him remove the blower or use a snake camera to observe the cracks. I was then told I needed a whole new system installed.nnI was then put on the technicians cell with another gentleman who gave me several options for a new system and I asked for quotes to be emailed to me and I would consider my options and that no repairs need to be done if I did in fact need an entire replacement for thousands of dollars.nnThe next day I called another company for a second opinion, they showed up quickly and their technician invited me to look at the system with them. He found the issue creating the loud noise, a broken squirrel cage in the blower. And inspected the heat exchanger with a fiber optic snake camera in front of me, showing me there were no cracks. He even removed the blower and let me look at the exterior of the heat exchanger and gave me his personal guarantee it was safe. This other company fixed the part just in time for the first cold night of the season for $240ish in just over a day after I first called them.nnAlmost 2 months later I received a bill for a service from Bob Spaley's for $180, a service and cleaning that never occurred because they told me it wasn't worth servicing because it needed replaced immediately. I called and informed them I didn't receive any such service and I was rebilled for the visit alone for $90. I will begrudgingly pay the $90 in return for leaving this review.

The technician, Mike that that came was very punctual, polite and knowledgeable . If you have any plumbing, AC or furnace issues I would highly recommend BSP.
