They apparently do not want to do business, too k the day off to go buy hardware needed for my house project looking to spend$$$$ they want me to order everything on line with out seeing the finish there product comes in many finishes. Wow blown away at the amazing art deco collection of lighting so many amazing home interior decorating and style options that will bring a center conversation piece to your home. Cannot go and not leave with something amazing. A little for everyone inside.
This place is awesome for vintage hardware and lights. I really enjoyed walking through the store and seeing all kinds of antique hardware for doors, chandeliers, and other vintage items. If you love history and architecture you love this place for sure.
Nobody compares to service, product and quality. I keep coming back. Highly recommend.
If you want reliability and good customer service, do not go here.nI would give 0 stars if I could...I don't normally write reviews, but my only hope is I can stop someone else from making the same mistake we did.nnWe ordered 4 castors in December, they shipped the wrong ones. So, we started the process for an exchange - it is now FEBRUARY and we are STILL trying to receive 4 small castors that we ordered in December!nnMultiple phone calls later and extremely confusing conflicting answers every single phone call, the latest answer is they are now on back order for 30 days (which doesn't match up to the other stories received, such as the one I received a few weeks ago that they were shipping next week?!). Honestly, quite a joke of a company..nnNo one there has ANY idea what is going on. They all either put you on hold and tell you something COMPLETELY different than when you called in the week before, or tell you they'll call you back and never do (happened to me twice).nnSo, shop at your own risk... if you have months to wait and hours to spare of calling trying to get answers, then go for it!
