I have used Luis and Chris several times and they are both, total professionals, EVERY time. They take time to explain options and make suggestions based on what you actually need. They actually answer the phone or return calls right away to schedule appointments and are on time. They are organized, knowledgeable and polite. I will be happy to support this locally-owned company for years to come.

Wow. What prompt, kind professionals. Their bid was not the lowest but it was lower than the average. And they consistently did what they said they were going to do, when promised! So refreshing. And they cleaned up! I went through calls to several plumbers who we’re unapologetic no-shows or two hours late and acting like I was lucky to have them. Then I found Chris and Luis on Nextdoor. They will do all the work at my home from now on. I’ll post photos once the new bathroom is complete! But they did their part and they did it well.

Chris and his team at Westside Plumbing come highly recommended. They have replaced a toilet, kitchen faucet and piping, shower spout, and have done digital consultations walking me through other problems and diagnoses to where I can work on it myself. Once you get established with them, their growing knowledge of your home's plumbing becomes very helpful.

Great guys. Responsive and honest. Went the extra mile for me when a brand new toilet they installed had a crack - they took it back, got a new one and re-installed same day, making it a much longer day for them than planned.
