This Review is long overdue. I came in late during the fall season to hike the maroon bells and look at the fall colors. I was treated by the most wonderful and hospitable duo I’ve ever met at a resort. The name is Kim who works the front desk and Jeff. Not sure if it’s Geoff or Jeff but nonetheless they both work the night shift. They made me feel at home and made me feel special. They conveyed a sincere thanks to me for visiting the viceroy snowmass simply by being so welcoming. They talked with me and answered my two dozen questions I had. Jeff or Geoff gave me a ride from my truck to the front of the hotel as bears are prevalent in the area. This was 5 star celebrity type of customer service experience. But I’m no celebrity. They’re just genuinely the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The hotel itself is luxurious, immaculate, and so clean. I also want to thank the lady at concierge for her help with booking a bike for me to ride up to the bells. She has dark hair and is from the denver area. She rocked. Thank you Kimberly, Jeff, and awesome lady at the concierge for treating me like royalty at this beautiful property! I will definitely be back!

Hotel is ski in and ski out ....nVery convenient. The restaurant was closed when we were there so I cannot comment . Staff throughout very friendly. The trails are definitely for the more experienced.nHotel rooms have a small kitchen which came in handy since all restaurants in aspen were closed.nnThere is a small gym and a spa.

Absolutely Amazing... If I could give them 10 STARS I would. Everything was PERFECT, from the Staff, The Room, Food (TORO Restaurant), Drinks, etc. Will Definitely visit again soon. Location was great, about 16 minute drive from the hotel to Aspen. Amazing shopping and Restaurants in Aspen as-well. If you want a good steak Dinner make sure you visit The Monarch......

Amazing hotel. We went for out 10 year anniversary. Were upgraded a room due to low occupancy. The onsite restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommended all around.

Stayed here with family during a family trip and really enjoyed our stay and our room! The views are breathtaking! Staff is helpful and hotel was super clean.
