Everything was great! Location is within walking distance of everything! You can’t beat that! Rooms are clean, great hot tub. David is awesome, always making sure we enjoyed our stay. Give them a try, they’re awesome!
I’ve never had such amazing service at a hotel before. The manager is more than accommodating! From the bottle of wine upon arrival, to the water bottle at departure as a gift...the customer service is impeccable. They are so helpful and the place is seriously adorable! Feels so homey. Do not overlook this place!
Full disclosure: I was about to stay here but had to cancel because our travel needs changed. Not only did the manager give a full refund, he called me to say that our ski passes had arrived and then took them to the place where we had to book instead. That's great service. I had really been looking forward to staying here. Next time!
The Annabelle was absolutely amazing for a night in Aspen. Was greeted by Tracy at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and so polite. Such amazing service gets return customers for life! Room was very clean, and cozy! We spoke with David, he was very helping and super nice as well! Only a few minute walk to town, so it's perfect if don't want to try and find a parking spot in town and pay. Hot tub was very nice and clean, plus it has a great view of the mountain. Overall a wonderful experience! Will return to them next time we're in town. Thank you guys!
This place is super cute and very cozy. David was super friendly and very helpful on how to get to the slopes and where to find good food. Hot tub was an extra bonus. Will def be back.
