We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen! We used the shuttle service to pick us up at the airport upon arrival. Our accommodations were very comfortable and our room opened up to a large fire pit, which was a beautiful welcome on check -in. The kitchen area and table was spacious for up to 8 people; and included amenities such as a nice large built in refrigerator, Viking microwave, gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room pulled out into a full-size bed, if needed. There’s also a washer/dryer in the room. Perhaps the most exciting feature of the room is the shower/jets/steam/jacuzzi in the bathroom! The private steam room was absolutely a delight and was a great way to be pampered at the start of the day!nnWhenever we needed any supplies, they were immediately delivered to our room. The valet staff/service was always available, friendly and helpful. We also used the concierge desk to ask for suggestions on what to do, and were given very useful suggestions.nnThe location is walking distance to the city center and Ajax Mountain. We did not even need to rent a car, since the shuttle service was always available. Overall, we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen!

We had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beyond clean. The valet parking was convenient, and the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to most things in downtown aspen. (short walk for your morning coffee!).nI was very impressed with the quality of the appliances and amenities here as well!

We stayed for 6 nights. The rooms were a bit old and blankets were yellowish. There were even blood spots on the inner sheets.nnValet staff were friendly and helpful though.

Amazing property. The entire staff is incredible and goes above and beyond. Perfect location in Aspen. Can’t say enough good things about our stay

Stayed here in mid-December and had a wonderful time. Aside from the Little Nell, which is right in front of the lift, you can't get a better location to stay at in Aspen. It's about a 3 minute walk to the gondola with restaurants and shops all around you. Roger who I believe is the GM and his staff are very nice and friendly, the ski valet within the hotel was a pleasure to deal with as well.nWe considered the St Regis too for our stay which is right next door. They had a similar cost per night for a standard room and it is more of a full service hotel which is appealing to us but I am so glad we stuck with the Hyatt. Most of the rooms at this property are apartments. We had a full kitchen, dining table, fireplace, two terraces and were blown away by the accommodations and location of this hotel. Aside from all of the resturants near by there is a nice grocery store a few blocks away so all of my worries about not having a restaurant within the property were all for not. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Hyatt if your considering a stay in Aspen especially if your getting 1 bedroom accommodations or larger.
