The worst! This Board is entirely unaccountable and the whole organization is inflexible and soaks individuals and businesses for misclassifications made by the sewer company in the past (like charging tap fees for connections that are already present and that they have not upgraded). No wonder Leadville has lagged other mountain towns in its development!
