This is the first review of my life, I feel so strongly about writing one now given the incredible experience we had this morning. Our cab from Vail cancelled on us. The office manager, Ashley, went above and beyond to help us secure new transportation and was kind and thoughtful even at 5:45am!! Then, we had a wonderful time with Austin during the private tour. We asked 100 questions, and he graciously answered each one. This group is exceptional and clearly cares about the dogs and the sport. Highly recommend.

We did a private dog sled adventure with Braun. He was everything we didn't know we needed in a guide. He encouraged me to drive the sled, though I was hesitant, he was brilliant in reminding me to enjoy the experience. We even got to walk a dog to its home and take off their work vest. The dogs were super happy and excited to work. We got to walk around and pet all the puppies too! The office staff was polite and friendly. We drove from Breckenridge and HIGHLY recommend this company!

What an absolutely amazing experience! For starters, It’s obvious that the workers truly care about the dogs. They don’t just hook them up and go. They take time to introduce each of the dogs and share info about them. You get time to pet and interact with each of them before they are pull your sled.nnOnce you’re going, it’s clear these doggos love to run! They are raring to go once they are hooked up! Depending on your group there is one driver, one rider, and one or more people on the back of a snowmobile with everyone alternating every mile or so.nnIt’s a wonderful and unique experience that I’d recommend to anyone!

If I could give it zero stars I would... the fine print is horrific....we had an hour drive to this place first time going to Colorado paid them 470.00 dollars and some change the roads were impassable the weather was so bad and covered in ice we tried our best to make it but it was to dangerous. So they argued us down because of the fine print and WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY THEY SAID THE weather threat on the roads was not their problem. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL ALMOST 500.00 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN.... DISGUSTING PARASITES!!!! REPORTING TO BBB HOPEFULLY SOMEONE CAN HELP
