Very professional from initial phone call to completion of job. I spoke with Angela, who was very helpful and she was able to get us fast service! I felt very comfortable with Kevin and his assistant in our conversations. I sure appreciate you coming out and giving me your honest opinion and that's what sold me. Kevin was solid and straight forward and worked fast and diligent. Good to know there are still honest people and companies out there that you can trust from your initial consultation through the completion of the whole services rendered! I used Comfort by Design to fix an issue with the furnace at a rental property. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were able to get the repair done quickly and on time. I talked to the technician prior to starting work, and again after he was done. I was also able to pay the invoice online. The entire process was very easy. I will likely use them for my personal residence too.

David and Mike of Comfort By Design were fantastic! They installed A/C and replaced the old furnace in my home. They were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I recommend Comfort By Design to everyone.

I used Comfort by Design for my own home, and my rental property and Corey Zeller was amazing! VERY knowledgeable and friendly, on time, used COVID precautions and shoe covers to keep my carpets clean. I've never had such a good experience with a technician. He was VERY helpful! When it's time to have my A/C checked I will definitely use Comfort By Design and request Corey!

As a result of my recent experience with Comfort By Design I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I bumped into Kevin, a Master Plumber with Comfort By Design, by chance at Home Depot and told him the issue I was having with my kitchen faucet and how frustrated I was after learning my faucet manufacturer had discontinued the model I had installed new in my kitchen nearly 15 years ago. I showed him a picture of the faucet while pointing to the areas that leak, and he diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix right there in the main aisle of the North Academy Home Depot. The fix was beyond what I felt comfortable doing, so he gave me his card and suggested I call the service desk and set up an appointment. Kevin and Judge showed up at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional throughout the service call. They had the problem resolved and the area clean and neat in minimal time and now my faucet operates like a brand new system. The rate they charged was VERY reasonable. I WILL be using them again.
