We started in the lounge with the Smoked Old Fashion. To die for. Even went back the next night for a few more. But let's get down to dinner!n4 of us experienced one of the greatest meals EVER! And we've dined at the French Laundry. We had short ribs, a NY strip and the Diane table side. Wow.nWe are butchers and this is the best quality meat. Chad was our server and his attention to detail was impeccable.nThank you for the experience. So grateful we only live 2 hours away. We'll be making this a regular rotation for dining out.

Comfortable lounge area, lighting is just right, with neat flame spirals behind the bar.nSuperb drinks - their smoked old fashioned was one of my favorites.nAmazing staff! Everyone I met helped make the experience 5 stars. Tyler and Ally crushed it behind the bar. Uriah and Noah were so nice and helpful. Their sommelier Jon really knows his stuff. Will definitely be back

Best steaks I've ever eaten IN MY LIFE. The service was on point, the appetizers were out of this world. The lounge and dining area are very comfortable and inviting. My girlfriend and I had dinner here for Valentine's Day. I don't think I'll be able to go back to Black Hawk and not eat at this restaurant every time. Would give 6 stars if that were an option. I don’t even know where to begin. The chophouse has gifted me and my girlfriend the best experience we have had in the past few years. Absolute TOP CLASS service. My girlfriends 21st birthday became a thousand times more special because of this amazing restaurant. The food is the best, in the entire front range region. Honestly, it could be the best steakhouse in the whole state, top 3 no doubt. We were amazed by all the apps, entrees, stakes, and sides. Chophouse offers terrific choices. Now to the service, EXCEPTIONAL. Absolutely THE BEST restaurant service I have EVER experienced in Colorado and many other states. Starting from the host, to the bar tenders, the waiters, the manager, the kitchen staff, only word that can be used to describe them is nothing less then exceptional, really. I would like to thank the restaurant manager Daniel Hoctor for making me and my girlfriend feel special, and for making the experience the best it could have been for us. He made sure that we left the restaurant with a sure need to go back as soon as possible. And also, our waiter Dustin, possibly the best Waiter I’ve ever had, and the best waiter in Colorado, hands down. This Individual, along with manager Daniel, will go above and beyond for their clients to make sure they are comfortable, happy, and that they receive the best possible service You can receive in the state of Colorado. I would like to thank this restaurant for completing my girlfriends 21st birthday, and already made hotel reservations in the following weekends because we are itching to go back to this restaurant. Absolutely Top Notch. Great Job.

Absolutely amazing staff. Such service that they make everyone feel like a millionaire. The quality of the food is so good that it will melt in your mouth and make your tommy feel in heaven.
