Don't hesitate ~ call Conifer Plumbing. I love that this business is local to our mountain community. Shane, the owner, shows up on time ~ every time. He is a professional business man that knows his trade well. He makes suggestions about what needs to be done without being pushy. His estimate was right on ~ no surprises. I would highly recommend this business. I was so impressed just watching him work ~ so efficient.nnWe had him out because a gas heater was emitting dangerous fumes. He recommended a Rinnai gas heater that we obtained ourselves. Colorado Natural Gas had installed one years ago that was not approved for use at our altitude. We love the new heater and, as should have been done initially, he vented it outside. It looks good in the room and the venting looks good as well.nnWe wanted a spicket installed on our second story deck. He installed it with easy access in mind; not requiring me to bend over to use it. He even chose a color that blends with our redwood deck!!nnLastly, he unclogged and cleaned a pipe that ran from our kitchen to the bathroom below. We have had other plumbers that could not figure out what was going on.nnAs I said . . . don't hesitate, call these guys.

Owner Shane and his office team were very courteous and helpful providing professional advice and service expediting a permit with the county to get my natural gas fired-up! Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs in the foothills! Keeping it local! Thank you

Disappointed, frustrated. I contacted them requesting a video scope of a specific pipe. Was told about a $75 diagnostic fee. When they arrived, they discovered that they didn’t have a scope to fit the pipe. They charged $300 (my mom was here to pay them, I was not home). I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of the owner (Shane) to discuss this charge and have received no response to my calls or emails.

Booked appointment 3 weeks out with agreement they would call and confirm day of appointment. They called at 8:15 am on day of appointment requesting confirm, I called back at 8:30 am and left vmail confirming I would be home and provided my land line number for any questions.. Tech called my mobile at 4 pm to confirm as apparently Maria did not relay my confirmation or land line number to him. Since my mobile connection is spotty I did not get the message till after 5 pm. I left vmail for tech and Maria to c/b but no return calls. Mistakes happen but owner should fix them and not ignore customers. Don't waste a day like I did waiting for these guys to show.

Criminals! Charged $500 for diagnosis alone and when we got a second opinion our chosen plumber fixed for less than $500 and fixed something ENTIRELY different than Conifer Plumbing diagnosed. Do better.
