There many good things to list as well as bad. They need total reform on the public online reporting . the webpage should be obstacle free, reports should not be declined and also cell phones or devices should not be blocked to report issues. And there should not be a time cap to make police report for that day. They should make the process of communication user friendly. Get the cops that don't wanna use a gun to be dispatcher and online report consolidators. For the most part good job of doing your service to community.

Granted I have not needed to call the police or anything like that. My son's carseat I was concerned wasn't in properly and a very nice Stockton Police otticer checked it to make sure I had it correctly for that I will give 5 stars. Have not had any other interactions with them though
