I lost my purse almost a month ago. My husband and I went through a lot in order to find it but it was all for nothing! Yesterday evening we received a call form officer Greg informing us that he found it. It’s important to mention that we reported the lost in Fontana police department, so for us it wasn’t for granted that he called us immediately and went this extra mile to find my husband’s phone number and contact us. Thank you very much officer Greg for making our day.

I don’t live near Chino, not even in California but I had to do extensive background work to find a certain Police Officer that I think should be accommodated for trying to bring the relations between civilians and law enforcement so well. Anyone in the school he use to serve at would know, I’m almost certain he’s a Corporal now. (Corporal Tillman)nnIn addition police departments shouldn’t be rated, but 5 stars because it takes a certain group of people to protect and serve. Bad experience or not.

I called today because the phone lines appeared to be down at Pacifica Senior Living and I had been unable to check on my mother since yesterday. The dispatcher could not have been more pleasant and the officer that went out made contact with a maintenance employee who verified they were working on the lines and actually gave the police officer his cell number. He agreed that the officer could do share the number if I wanted to check individually on my mom, if it was urgent. The police department then called me back and provided me all the information. They went above and beyond to handle the situation.

I got arrested for 3 felonies , all charges dropped within a few days by the D.A , but my car was impounded and the fees were $245 to the city of chino and $2000 to the tow yard for a car they agreed they shouldn't have impounded in the first place . They officer I deal with assumed I was guilty , he recommended I be charged with three felonies , towed my car when he didn't need to , luckily for me you only need a high school diploma to be an officer because the charges got dropped in a very timely manner . Be very careful in chino they will screw you over if given the opportunity .

Now I know why your station is located on Guardian Way. Your staff truly protects its citizens. I called this morning because my cousin, from out of town, ran out of gas on the road. Her car was facing the wrong way on the street. The dispatchers Sheena and Glenna, were very professional and attentive. The officer, Mike Thomas, was quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you Officer Thomas, for ALL of your assistance! Way to represent the badge, show compassion, and show LOVE of the law.
