Simply Nails

(written Nov. 6) Simply Nails ud83dudc85 is fabulous. The time finally came to get a manicure and pedicure - it's been months since my last visit to a nail salon. I left a message earlier this week while I was trying to navigate the website to schedule something. Traci called me right back and when I mentioned I wanted to get in sooner than the online calendar ud83duddd3 could accommodate, she said that she could get me in this morning. I wanted a gel manicure and basic pedicure, no polish. My powers of observation failed because I hadn't realized that they had moved from downtown Langley to Bayview. I was trying to find it for my 9 a.m. appointment, not connecting that the new nail place I'd noticed at the former Farmer and the Vine location was the nail ud83dudc85 salon that I had actually made an appointment at... I called to explain my goof, and asked if it wasn't too late, and Traci said that she could still get me in. The service was great. Traci did a fine job. She uses high quality products - they even make their own scrub. She's on it when it comes to proper protocol for COVID-19 and general sanitary measures you should expect from a nail salon. They don't have those chairs with the plumbing built in - everyone gets their own tub liner for a pedicure. The massage I got was soothing. I was impressed, and as a newcomer to the island, I was pleased to make some connections for some of our new home needs from our conversation. All around great experience I imagine many are already familiar with, but wanted to give a shout out nonetheless. If you are like me and wanted a little treat for some pampering that has been missing for a while, I hope this recommendation finds you.
