I have had good and bad experiences here. Lately, it has been bad. I have been served by a woman, I believe is named Andrea, multiple times. She is very rude. Plus lately the lettuce has been brown. I have to ask for new vegetables after lunch time and get treated differently as soon as I ask. I also watched one of their employees, not working at the time, put on gloves and touch her phone, and then put her hands in the prepared food for customers and make herself a sandwich. I brought this to their attention and they said its lucky they made my food beforehand.

It's a subway the kid behind the counter was on it there was no line it was like 2 but it's also West Unity so is the line really ever long? I don't know just asking I guess anyway I don't really like subway but it's what was avaliable and it was good so ehh. Not sure what we will do on our next trip on the Wabash Cannonball trail but this was our last stop walked here from county rd 17 (it's about 3.2 miles the next leg looks like 6.6 might have to find a break pont)

Got 3 subs an had problems with all of the. My cheese was wrong, my husbands bread was wrong an my grandson ordered a chicken bacon ranch only they didn't put any ranch on it. Think I'll find a new location. These are not the first mistakes but they will be the last.

By far one of my favorite subways to go to but the service i had at 4:52 today was not good at all. she was super slow, had a really bad attitude and i got almost $5 back IN CHANGE. I got 1 sandwhich and i was in there almost 15 minutes. not impressed.
