Have friends that live(d) there, The apartments are in decent shape, the landlord Joe keeps up on things well. The rent is cheap (depending on how many bedrooms). Only thing I don't like is the thin walls and the bushes (just cause I don't like the bugs they attract)

Seems nice. Yards are groomed. Lots of mature trees for shade. Drives & parking in decent condition -- a few small holes. Speed bump are not too big.nA resident states they are great with repairs.

I lived here for about a year and the apartments are a reasonable price for what you get. I lived on the edge of the complex, but it was always quiet and no one really bothered you. I did have to clean the apartment when moving in, there were cobwebs and dirt everywhere. But, once cleaned up it looked good and any repairs I needed were quickly taken care of.
