We have had a very long and tedious journey from Virginia to Ohio. We have been amazed at the very personalized, professional care we have received from Redwood and Amanda through the process. Amanda’s patience, understanding, and kindness have left us overwhelmed with gratitude and assurance that Redwood has been a God Directed path.nThe apartment is lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very easy to decorate to your own style and taste. It is very quiet and private.nThe view from our living room is peaceful. It is close to work and shopping.nWe are so blessed to be home here at Redwood.

People who run redwood Orrville are great and very nice. However the leash rules for dogs is not followed or enforced. There were a few times I had dogs run up to me and my dog ( who is not a fan of other dogs running up to her) and I had to protect my dog from them. It made walks less enjoyable and when I let the office know she did call me but apparently never did anything about it because the same two dogs ran up to us again while walking. Also be aware that you will get charged a lot for minor stains on the carpet because they have to apparently replace them.

My wife and I really enjoyed living in our redwood apartment it was a really good neighborhood and they keep them up really well.The maintenance man Jim did a really good job addressing any issues that we had and did a good job keeping us informed on what was going on. We would highly recommend the Redwood communities to anyone looking for a rental.

We had an excellent experience living at Redwood Orrville. The apartment homes are brand new, clean, and beautiful. The grounds are very well-maintained. The management team worked with me very well to accommodate my health condition. Maintenance staff are great at what they do, very timely, kind, and professional.nnWe had an excellent experience working with Ashley, Amanda, and Sherronda of the Redwood management team.
