Their employee Bill Rearick is horriable. We looked at a Commercial property in North Canton that would of fit our business perfectly. It so happen the owner of the building was there and Bill introduced us to him. We told him how many sq/ft we needed and he said yeah absolutely we could do that and he couldn’t say yes enough. I had to get in confirmed, called him later on that day to get paperwork started and Bill made up some crazy excuses why he couldn’t let the property go, after the owner said he agreed with everything and we could sign for what we agreed for. I know many people who has had the same problem with this gentleman and he is completely unprofessional even after months later I emailed him checking on the property he sends a unprofessional emails back.
