Wow... customer service has really slipped. The online checking used to be fairly accurate. Last three times I've waited significantly beyond estimate. 15 minute text translated to actually 35when showing up 7 minutes early.nnLindsay apparently didn't clock out for break.
Been going here since they opened. Always get a great cut. I felt totally comfortable with all the covid precautions taken.
Leann did a great job as usual. Great Clips is an efficient and excellent place for a haircut. They are taking care to protect us.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. Been going there for over 4 years.
