My husband & I love Wadsworth & living at Redwood. We have never had a problem with maintenance issues. The staff has always responded quickly. We actually have THE BEST view out our back patio onto the pond! Thanks for such a great neighborhood ❤ufe0f

We lived at Redwood for 2 years after selling our home while preparing to move into our new home. We were impressed by Sherrie Uplinger’s professionalism, respect and ability to relate to our needs as we considered Redwood for our new home. Her continued interest and responsiveness after we moved in was greatly appreciated. People of her caliber are hard to come by these days. We thank her for her great work! Redwood is fortunate to have Sherrie on their team. I have and will continue to send people her way when looking for apartment living.

We've lived here for over two years. We love it here. Quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. This is truly a high end apartment living with attached garage, so you don't have to trudge in the snow. Kids can even bike inside the house during cold winter in this spacious, open floor plan. Why buy a house when you can live in one where you don't have to worry about shovelling, mowing, or even change a lightbulb? Sherri and her team diligently take good care of us. They make sure the neighborhood is comfortable to live in. Work orders are promptly filled by the great maintenance team. Lawns are well manicured in the summer. All in all, this is a pleasant place to call home.

I've had a wonderful experience at Redwood. I moved in 6 weeks ago. The townhouse apartment is spacious with lots of light. Neighbors are friendly. And the staff of Lexi, Sherrie, Chris and Carl have been a real joy to work with. Best apartment options in Wadsworth, hands down.

We always have a great experience with our maintenance staff!!! Carlton is wonderful! He is always so sweet and fun to talk to. I always know things will be taken care of the right way!! Take care of him, Redwood!!
