Better the devil you know....yea not in my case. Rented through them twice and both times were awful. Do not rent through them!nnEdit: People do marry and change their last names, but as I've read their responses to others, their level of professionalism is horrendous.

Dishonest. They promised multiple improvements that never happened, are slow to make repairs, if they make them at all. When they do make repairs it’s the cheapest route possible. The office staff is rude and argumentative. They will always try to shirk responsibility.

Ever since they rebuilt, its been a hassle everytime we're there. Something always gets messed up. Sandwiches, drinks, you name it, it happens.

We told them we are going to be homeless and told them everything about our background. After hearing our story they took our money and said no one is looking at the property we where interested in. I called on Friday and a gentleman said no one is looking at the property and will get you Karen too go over your info. Karen said our application is not done yet and we would need 3 business days which was Thursday. Called in Monday and they said with our background they went with someone else. Karen was nasty and heartless. She lied to us and refused to let us apply to other properties.
