DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS - was told it would be a week, when I came back not one thing had been done and she didn't even call to save me the trip. SO INCONSIDERATE and did not even apologize.

I just recently moved here from Columbus and was looking for a cleaners. I tried to call the business several times and when I spoke to the owner she said the phone doesn’t work at times nor did she hear it. Maybe that should’ve been my first clue! My purpose of visiting this establishment was to have drapes cleaned. My drapes came back ruined from the process. The lining was ruined by the steam process for pleating the drapes. When I drop the drapes off all I was told was it would take a week and they would be ready. At no time was the drapes looked over or was I told that there could be any problems with the cleaning of the drapes. When I returned to show the damage that had been done the owner brought out a little piece of paper and read to me that the problem was either they came in contact with heat vent or with the air conditioning vent and that’s what caused the problem. I explain to the owner that the vent was redirected so no direct heat or air blew on my drapes . REALLY!!!! Needless to say I was totally unhappy because there were no disclosures upfront that there could be a problem. I feel like there was no ownership on their part. I was not told sorry for the loss of my drapes nor was any compensation mentioned. She put the total blame on me. I would not take anything of value there for a future cleaning.

I just recently used Ultra Cleaners services to have a formal, long bridesmaid dress pressed. Cindy was so sweet from beginning to end and their price was the best in town. I dropped my dress off around 10:15 am and she told me that it would be ready by 2:00 pm at the latest and they did a great job. Next time I need cleaner services I will go directly to Ultra Cleaners and I will reccommend this location to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

Took my shirts in and they came home w/ deep clamp marks in them. When I called I was told I should have told them to hand press out the marks. Why would it be MY responsibility to tell them to press out marks THEY put in them?? Never ever again!
