Took my daughter to get a haircut & I told the stylist how my daughter's hair has been extra tangled lately and hard to brush. She asked if my daughter did a lot of swimming this summer because she could feel the chlorine in her hair! I would have never known that & so thankful she told me that. She then recommended I use a clarifying shampoo to get the chlorine out. Stylist gave my daughter an adorable,great haircut & was very helpful!!! We will definitely be back!
They were amazing with my five year old. They did a great job in spite of his wiggles. Another Great Clips wouldn’t let me stay close to him even though he is terrified of of haircuts. This store let me stay close by. Thank you so much
Would not allow me to complete my online check-in from my vehicle (called when I arrived). Made all customers wait in small waiting area with 4 chairs. Not COVID safe or smart. Haircut for my son was average - what you expect from GC.

Apparently there is no Number 10, despite the last 5 times I went in and was told 'sure we have 10' .... so have I been lied to? Also bashing previous hairstylists is bad form, not to mention making it a public spectacle. Also, she cut my ear with no apology. I would not recommend seeing Katherin.
