I dropped off 3 shirts on a Monday for a clean, starch and press, was told that they would be ready Wednesday. Went in Wednesday morning they were not ready, I was told by a disgruntled clerk that pick ups aren't ready until 4 pm like I was expected to know their schedule without having been told it... My schedule didn't permit me to get back until Saturday morning to pick up my shirts, when I did two of them still had stains on the shoulders that I had to point out to the clerk. I took one shirt and was told that I would be able to pick up the other two Monday. Foolish me I suppose, I thought beings my items would be a rush order done on Saturday beings they would have had my shirts now for almost a week. I was wrong. Went in Monday morning and my shirts where still not done. Overall, crummy service, lackluster employees, and apparently inept at their chosen profession. If I could give 0/5 I would...
They are amazing! Really care about what they are doing. They are helpful and trustworthy. A must for any service based business. PLUS: what could be better than drive through dry cleaning for moms with kids in car seats?? One more errand that's easily done!
I dropped my pants off Tuesday and was told they would be done Thursday. I got there a little after hours and they offered to open the store to get by item. They were professional and did a great job.
Convenient drive up window...... nice very polite cute girl at the drive-up window she got my attention and they got my business
