They never answer the phone. Voicemail is always full. They never answer texts.They do not respond to any maintenance requests even if they are emergencies. And I do mean they give no response at all. She created a new Google profile just to escape the poor reviews. She refuses to renew leases to good paying renters because they have the audacity to complain. Do not rent or sign your property up with this company. Google plain old House Stop and you will see their real 2 star rating.

Love Angela...she works her butt off. She runs the show..anything you need she finds someone to help asap...when i moved in it was seamless..i was totally informed and taken care of...even an appliance referral. That turned out great. I hope to live here a longtime.Great place to find your next favorite landlord. Truly.

When I first found them they were amazing, I love living where I am, they defiantly have made moving in so easy... very helpful in every way....

The House Stop is great! They have very nice properties and I have never had an issue with them coming out to do any repairs or maintenance on the property I am renting.
