I have lived in the community for over 3 years and I wouldn't want to live elsewhere.nIt is quiet and calm and a friendly family environment.nAmber and staff is very friendly and professional and makes sure that if there is a need that it is then care of promptly.nI highly recommend making this your next home !!!!

Rent increases annually to unaffordability.nElevator consistently down every other weekend. Experienced minor pest control issues. Have had laundry stolen.nCentrally located on several bus routes near expressway, museum and downtown with great views of Old West End

Been here just over a week. So far, great experience. Apartment is in great shape, fantastic location. Friendly staff and residents. So far so good!

It was fine when I first moved in, my apartment was recently broken into by they neighbor coming in from the balcony as well as running a extension cord from my outside outlet to their apartment, will not be renewing my lease when time
