They did a terrific job - best job I've had done on my windows. They were very professional and conscientious (wore covers over their shoes and masks). So pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again.

Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs. Tl;dr; hired to deep clean a house and did not clean anything we asked. Looked almost exactly the same. Used personal property without permission. We waited a weekend, living in a hotel, before moving in because they didnt have time in their schedule to clean yet. We thought we would wait for a good cleaning service with good reviews. Bad choice. First time they showed up, the "team of cleaners" were two ladies, one of which just sat in their car, presumably being paid to lounge around. They did an absolutely terrible job, used my new pressure washer and cleaning solution without asking. We explicitly told them to bring their own cleaning supplies. The washer was defective and I was going to return it, but they used it anyway. It was apparent that had not even dusted the windows, when they were supposed to deep clean even the tracks. This was explicitly discussed beforehand. Despite this terrible job, they told us they were "done cleaning." When they came back, they were apologetic and kept asking what were "our priorities" to get done. We wanted the whole house deep cleaned, deep clean the house. Is that so hard to understand? A helpful worker stayed late and cleaned a few things, but despite saying she would be back the next day never showed up again. Another crew was sent and did a mediocre job, avoiding many things we explicitly asked to get deep cleaned. Failing to even finish cleaning the carpets and leaving equipment, drink cups, and garbage behind when they left. They had the audacity to still charge us for this nightmare of an experience and I would not recommend anybody do business with them. No repercussions or reimbursements or damages paid for using my personal property without permission and keeping me from returning it.

Hired this cleaning service to do a deep clean for an empty home. They seemed nice With scheduling and communicated well with times and reminders. They did show up on time and did a fairly good job on cleaning the kitchen appliances. But I was extremely disappointed, with the dusting and wiping down of surfaces such as window seals, baseboards, bookshelves etc. So they came a second time, and I was hopeful that I would find it in better condition, but was totally let down again, in fact upset. Obvious areas completely overlooked. And this house is empty. Every corner, surface, and wall exposed and ready to be cleaned. The company explained that they under estimated the size of the home and the work load it would require. Which I don't believe is my fault. When I hire someone to clean my house, I would like it clean! I don't think that's too much to expect. With my experience I would not recommend them at all.

They really seem to struggle with communication. I tried their chat, email, text, and phone, I finally managed to get through on the phone and then I never received the quote I requested that I was told would be emailed to me. If you're looking for residential cleaning services, good luck. Update: I'm revising this review after they reached out since I first posted this and apparently they sent the quote to the wrong email, understandable given the unusual spelling. The cleaning service was good for the price. If you want to get a hold of them make sure to call, it doesn't seem like the other contact methods are monitored frequently.

Blue Brush cleaned the windows of three of my commercial buildings. They arrived when scheduled and did a fantastic job. Many compliments from our tenants. Highly recommend them
