Corey was amazing! Great with my daughter who wanted to watch, and he made sure everything was taken care of and that we wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He was genuinely concerned with our problems and how they have affected us, and even gave me tips and advice on some smaller projects I plan to take care of myself. Thank you Corey and thank you Service Depot! Typically I get an email or text asking me to rate the individual technician that came out, but not this time. But Corey earned 5+ stars. Thank you again!

I've used Service Depot on several occasions and have always been pleased with the outcome. I know that they'll arrive on time, work efficiently, and that the cost will be reasonable. I highly recommend them!

We have used Service Depot recently foe a plumber and for an appliance repair, and both experiences were better than I was expecting! There was great communication, they were on time (usually early) for the window of time given, polite, helpful, and patient with lots of little kids watching and asking them questions! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend, thanks for making stressful times more pleasant!

This company went above and beyond fixing my washer. Their employee was kind enough to loan me personal equipment that I needed for an upcoming race. Because of this kind gesture, I was able to accomplish my goal and complete the long endurance race. This act of kindness is the face of the company, they genuinely care about each individual customer!

JACE was great! so I tried to leave a new review but didn't know how... but it's still 5 starts. Jace came out and tested the heater it didn't pass a test, and so they came again and replaced it. They were kind, professional, and worked quickly. Thank you! Kendall was great! Very professional, great at listening to what was going on. He was quick at finding the problem and fixing it. Knew what he was doing. Great at communicating- he made sure I was satisfied with the job. Thanks!
