I couldn't be happier with the service and results of yesterday's carpet cleaning. Jeremy and Anastasia were friendly, professional, competent, and hard-working. Our family room carpet had gotten pretty grubby and smashed down since March, and now it looks and feels springy and new again. We could walk on the carpet in our socks immediately without getting them wet, and it felt completely dry by bedtime.nnIf you're concerned about safety, I can report that neither technician had to be reminded to wear a face covering at any time. I appreciated that very much.nnDon't hesitate to call Stoll's for experienced, high-quality carpet care at a very reasonable cost.
I’ve known the folks here for many many years. They are a world class group in the cleaning industry and Toledo is lucky to have them!
I use Stolls for everything. I am a maintenance man for a retirement facility and some rooms need deep cleaning once a resident moves out. These guys get stains out that I never thought possible. And if they think that they may not be able to, they tell you up front. Very friendly and punctual.
Stoll's Carpet Cleaners do an excellent job! I recommend them highly. I have used them multiple times and have always been very pleased with the results! All the staff have been friendly and respectful. They are great at getting out stubborn stains and come back if the spots wick up. Their equipment and cleaning methods do an exceptional job of leaving the carpets close to dry and very clean!
