I have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Woodlands. The floor plans are very spacious and you have plenty of closet space. The office staff is always warm and welcoming and the maintenance team is very efficient and thorough. You can tell they really care and are willing to go the extra mile.

If this place is anything like it's sister company Hawthorne Hills... stay away! It took my mother 3 months to have a maintenance request filled for her to have air conditioning.nnThere are far better places to live in Toledo!

The worst experience of an apartment I have ever lived in in my life. I've lived here 10 days no air and broken washer and dryer. Hallway constantly smell of weed my bathroom smells of weed 24/7 the maintenance never does anything the the office never returns your phone calls or gets anything completed in the timely manner that they say they're going to I would not rent from Woodlands at all!!

The apartments are cute and roomy. An the apartment manager answered all my questions and makes you feel at home
