We worked with Kathy Willis and her team through Danberry. From the moment I meet Kathy and her assistant Cathy, they made you feel like family. Selling a home and relocating to another state is very stressful and these two ladies put us at ease, they made the entire process as stress free as they could. Our home sold almost immediately! They walked us through the entire process, took the time to educate us, answered any and all questions day or night. I truly believe they are the best realty team in the Toledo area!

John Hilyard was the best agent we could have hoped for. We had some problems with our first mortgage company and he was able to work with us and get us to another person who gathered our paperwork and from start-to-finish had us closed in about a week. Very easy to work with and he even helped sell another property in 2015 that we used to live at.

Linda Sloan Potts is amazing! I looked at 5 houses and found the house that I bought within 3 days. She went above and beyond what I imagine a realtor needed to do to help me close on my house. I not only gained a realtor but a friend for life. I would recommend her to sell or find a house for anyone! She is definitely 5 stars in my book!
